Refund and Returns Policy

Our services are designed to help destinations, hospitality businesses, and tourism professionals grow their visibility, engagement, and bookings through sustainable and innovative strategies.

1. Service-Based Nature

Our offerings are entirely service-based (non-tangible), and therefore non-returnable. Once a service has been initiated—whether through strategic planning, campaign execution, creative design, or technical implementation—it cannot be undone or returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A written cancellation request is received before any project work has commenced.

  • There is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable time, and we are unresponsive to your communications.

  • A material breach of contract occurs that we are unable to resolve within a 14-day period after written notice from you.

Refunds will not be issued for services that have been started or completed, nor where project delays are due to the client’s failure to provide necessary content, access, approvals, or other cooperation.

3. Cancellation Terms

Clients may cancel their ongoing service agreements with 30 days’ written notice. All services performed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced and must be paid. Retainer-based services are billed monthly and non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

4. Custom Packages and Non-Refundable Services

Custom marketing packages, media buying, ad spend, SEO, and website development services may involve third-party costs and labor-intensive work. These are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Dispute Resolution

We value clear communication and fair resolutions. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us first. We will make every effort to understand your concerns and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
